Skillet Chili No. 2

Ingredients
- 1 Pound ground beef
- 1 Large yellow onion
- 3-4 Garlic cloves
- 1 Tablespoon ancho powder
- 1 Tablespoon guajillo powder
- 1 Teaspoon chipotle powder
- 1 Tablespoon cumin
- 1 Tablespoon oregano
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 2 Cup of broth
Process
- Chop onion and garlic, then set them aside
- Heat skillet
- Add broth to small pot and bring to simmer
- Add chili powders and seasonings to broth once it is warm, stiring until well integrated
- Brown and drain ground beef in skillet
- Add onion and garlic to skillet
- Add sauce from small pot to skillet
- Cook for 1 hour, stirring occasionally
- Salt to taste
