- Storage container for 8 cups of chopped vegetables
Ingredients
- 1 Medium yellow onion
- 3-5 Celery stalks
- 3 Large carrots
- 5-10 Jalapeño
Process
- Chop 2 cups of onion
- Chop 2 cups of celery
- Chop 2 cups of carrot
- Chop 2 cups of seeded jalapeño
- Mix vegetables in bowl
- Put vegetables in storage container and store in refrigerator
